Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Most orders ship from our warehouse in California. Some items ship from our partner in New York, so an order may arrive in more than one package. You get a tracking number for each one.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping is free to the United States and to 26 more countries, including the UK, Canada, Australia, Japan and much of Europe. Delivery times and any import duties depend on the destination.
How much does shipping cost in the US?
Express shipping by UPS or FedEx is free on every US order, with no minimum. 2-Day Air is $29 and Overnight is $59.
How long will my US order take?
Orders placed before 12pm PT, Monday to Friday, are processed within 1 business day. Free express delivery then takes 3 to 4 business days, 2-Day Air takes 2 to 3, and Overnight takes 1 to 2. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping is free. Items must be unworn and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email eli@elinoordesign.com with your name, order number, whether you want a return or an exchange, and the reason. We reply with a prepaid return label.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days. Charges for 2-Day Air or Overnight delivery are not refunded.
Do exchanges cost anything?
No. Exchanges are free and we ship the new item within 48 hours of receiving your return.
Sizing and fit
How do NOOR swim shorts fit?
Prince is a slim, tailored fit with a fixed waistband and snap, and it runs true to size. End is a classic fit with an elasticated drawcord waist, so it adjusts to you. The size chart has the full measurements.
How does the Silk-Cotton Essential Tee fit?
It is a regular to slim fit with a crew neck and short sleeves. Check the size chart to find your size.
Materials and care
Where are NOOR products made?
Everything we sell is made in Italy: the swim shorts, the Avalon sunglasses, the Silk-Cotton Tee and the beach towels.
Is the hardware real gold?
Our hardware is 18K gold-plated and water-resistant. The Fiore Navy Limited Edition is embroidered with 24K golden thread.
Are your swim shorts made from recycled fabric?
The End Fiore Print Aqua Gold and End Crown Print Jet shorts are made from 100% recycled polyester. Our other swim shorts are made from 100% premium polyester.
How do I care for my swim shorts?
Rinse them in fresh water after each swim and hand wash with a mild detergent. This keeps the fabric and the gold-plated hardware looking new.
Do the Avalon sunglasses have UV protection?
Yes. The lenses give 100% UV protection and are filter category 3. Store them in the case provided and clean them with a soft microfiber cloth.
How do I wash the beach towel?
Machine wash at 40°C with similar colors.
