We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you received your item.

General Return Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
• Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timing

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Eligible Returns

You may return an item if:

• The item does not fit.
• The item does not meet your expectations.
• The item arrived damaged or defective (in this case we cover return shipping).

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.
• Items returned after the 30-day period.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must meet the same conditions as returns (unworn, unaltered, tags attached).
• Exchanges are processed and shipped within 48 hours after we receive your returned item.
• There are no extra fees for exchanges.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Step 1 — Contact Us

Send an email to eli@elinoordesign.com with:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Whether you want a return or exchange
• The reason for your return or the item you want to exchange for

We will reply with return instructions.

Step 2 — Ship the Item Back

• Send the item via UPS, FedEx, or USPS ground shipping.
• Reply to our email with your return tracking number.

Step 3 — Processing

• Returns and exchanges are processed within 48 hours after we receive your item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the return conditions.
